| A. QualityConnectMD is a
Windows-based, full-featured practice management system that was developed by
experienced practice managers to meet the increasing demands of active
physician practices. This system offers significant benefits in terms of cash

remittance and faster reimbursement. It provides real-time eligibility
verification from the physician’s daily schedule and lets staff know if a
patient’s coverage has been cancelled or changed. With this direct connection,
there is no dial-up required and no clearinghouse is involved. Retrieval of
medical information is simple and fast. Quick access to BlueCross BlueShield and Medicare makes
it easy to verify benefits or check claim status. |

functions that make QualityConnectMD so popular? |
| A. The Scheduling Module’s “first
available” search is very popular with users and the Demographic Module is much
more convenient and user-friendly when compared to competitive products. The
Refund Module has the ability to print checks and the Check Out Module allows
staff to key charges, post payments and make follow-up appointments in one
quick, easy step. The system can then print everything on one piece of paper.
The Forms Module allows you to print superbills directly from the system and
gives you the ability to customize them for each provider’s needs and modify
them at any time. |

the Claims Module? |
| A. The Claims Module provides for
speedy processing and printing of claims and electronic remittance posting is
more accurate, flexible and efficient than with other systems on the market.
Processing takes two steps instead of the normal 4 or 5. The system can print
EOBs on demand and collate them with secondary insurance claims. |

provided? |
| A. QualityConnectMD has an on-line
help desk that may be accessed with the touch of one key from the user’s
keyboard. This “chat-based” system allows the user to interact with a member of
the technical support team without having to use the phone. When you call for
support you always talk to a receptionist who will connect you to a technical
support specialist. |

required? |
| A. QualityConnectMD is simple to use
and easy to learn. Initial training is conducted at our office in
Birmingham
and varies from ½ day to several days depending on your needs. QualityConnectMD
provides onsite support when clients “go live” and someone will work with your
staff until you feel comfortable they understand the system. Our staff is also
available to oversee your first end of month close-out. There is no additional
charge for initial installation and support. We also offer regular classes for
new employees at your convenience. |

licensed? What are the monthly charges? |

A. There is a one-time license fee for QualityConnectMD based on the number of
physicians in the practice. The monthly technical support fee is based on the
number of users. The are no other monthly fees or charges for transactions.
