| Q. Basically, how does the
system work?
|
| A.
Qualitescribe®
?is an electronic dictation management system that uses voice recognition
technology. The physician dictates patient notes into a hand-held digital
recorder and when finished sends the file electronically through an
internet-enabled PC to a MedManagement Transcription Editor who edits the notes
and returns them electronically to the physician for easy access and printing.

| Q. What are some of the
benefits of using Qualitescribe®? |
| A. These electronic files can be
accessible to everyone in the practice (subject to password), are easily
retrievable and facilitate refiling of rejected claims. The physician can pull
up all notes and dictation, by patient and date, as well as letters to
referring MDs. This eliminates the hunt for files and letters. The system is
not tied to the phone which allows more mobility and ease-of-use. Notes are
accessible from any location with an internet connection. |

| Q. Are there economic
benefits of using Qualitescribe®? |
A. Most providers have reduced
transcription costs by as much as 40%. In addition to documented reduction in
per line cost, one study conducted in a practice found that the use of speech
recognition technology was faster than traditional transcription and resulted
in significant physician time savings. Faster submittal of rejected claims due
to easy retrieval of prior dictation has time and money benefits. Since files
are sent electronically, there is no courier cost.
In addition,by having notes online you save $5.00 - $12.00 for every chart you
don't have to pull (Rosemarie Nelson - MGMA Consultant) *

time for editing and return of files to the provider? |

| Q. What is the accuracy of
Qualitescribe®? |
A. The proprietary technology used in
Qualitescribe®
promises accuracy up to 99%.
The system improves with each correction which leads to increased accuracy the
more the system is used. With “human” editing of all notes any technology
deficiencies can be corrected before notes are published and sent to the
physician. |

| Q. Does the system meet
HIPAA standards? |
| A. Yes, this product exceeds all HIPAA
guidelines. The files are encrypted with an additional certification assigned
to each file which doubly encrypts them. Notes are secured on a secure server
at MedManagement LLC.

| *“Every chart pull costs your practice $5.00 to
$12.00” – Rosemarie Nelson, MGMA Consultant. Using Ms. Nelson’s low figure of
$5.00 per chart pull: $5.00 per chart pull x 25 chart pulls per day x 208 days
per year = $26,000. “Chart pull” includes any instance when a chart is
referenced for any reason including references for treatments, medications,
etc. |
